My Quest for Peace - Day 29

My three experiences that make me feel good:
Sitting at the beach and listening to the ebb and flow of the ocean.
Cuddling with my hubby - in his arms listening to the rumble of his deep voice.
Walking among the redwoods and listening to the life around me.

My three thoughts that bring me peace:
Knowing that I am loved deeply by my hubby.
The thought of living or being by the ocean.
The thought of being part of energy in the world.
